Courageous Action Is How Great Leaders Build Momentum

The Motivation Trap
Motivation is wonderful when we have it.
The problem is that motivation changes.
There will be days when you’re excited about your goals and ready to take on the world.
There will also be days when you’re tired, distracted or discouraged.
